Reorder custom fields

Reorder custom fields to customise the order in which they are displayed on user team pages, ensuring a more organised and intuitive layout.

How to Reorder Custom Fields

Follow these steps to reorder custom fields for users on their team page:

  1. Navigate to Manage Custom Fields

    • From the Dashboard, go to Admin / Custom Fields to access your list of custom fields.

  2. Access the Reorder Custom Fields Page

    • On the Manage Custom Fields page, locate and click on Reorder Custom Fields in the top navigation bar.

  3. Reorder the Fields

    • You’ll be directed to the Reorder Custom Fields page, where you’ll see all your custom fields listed.

    • To reorder a field, simply drag the field to its desired position on the list.

  4. Save or Cancel Changes

    • After reordering your custom fields, click Save to apply the changes.

    • If you decide not to make any changes, click Cancel to discard any modifications.

Important Notes:

  • The order of custom fields will determine how they appear on the team page for users, so ensure they are arranged logically for easy navigation and user experience.

  • The changes will immediately affect the way custom fields are presented to users on their team page once saved.
