# Change your password

If you need to reset your password:

1. Select **Send Password Reset Email**.
2. Open the reset link sent to your registered email address.
3. Enter a password that:
   * Is at least eight characters long
   * Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
   * Includes at least one number
   * Includes at least one special character, such as `!`, `@`, `#`, `$`, `%`, `&` or `*`
4. Confirm the password and submit the form.

All requirements shown beneath the password field must display a green tick before the password can be submitted.

When using an email alias, enter the exact address associated with that account, including its `+` label.
